I'm Rhiannon Davis — Rae for short — a real estate media producer and licensed Florida Realtor based in Pensacola.

Before I ever picked up a camera professionally, I was working as a realtor in Denver, Colorado. I saw firsthand how the quality of listing photos could make or break a sale — and how much time and money agents spent coordinating with photographers who didn't really understand real estate. That gap is what drove me to build Rhea Vision.

Today I bring both sides of that experience to every project. Whether you're an agent who needs stunning visuals that move listings, or a seller who wants one trusted professional handling both the marketing and the transaction, I can do both — and I know exactly how each side works.
